clutch size

Hi all:

Are there significant differences between the 8" clutch disk and
pressure plate used by the earlier Alpines and the 7.5" clutch used by
the series V?
Will the Series V flywheel accept the pressure plate/disk used by
earlier models or does it require redrilling the flywheel?
