Is anyone aware of there being two different geared SV transmissions? Dan
Walters mentioned the other day that he thought one was close ratio, one
might not be (but, then I might have misunderstood Dan). In one book I
have, it shows all the transmissions gearing side by side. It shows the SI
and SII having the same ratios, then the S3 close ratio box, followed by
the SIV reverting back to the SI/SII box, then with the SV being a closer
ratio box, but not as narrow as the S3.
No big deal. Just wondering.
