Arthur, good point.
Chris, there are ball bearings under the accel jets to stop the fuel
from draining out of them. If these were omitted then the fuel delivery
wouldn't be instant with throttle opening. Interestingly, both the carbs
I got from Tom W were missing these balls. I wonder how many others lost
these little suckers during a strip-down.

Note that the WIAs have the ball inside the retaining screw for the
accel jet, while the WIP have a separate ball under the retaining screw.
