balancing carbs

Hi everyone,

I have one quick question.  How hard is it to balance SU carbs?  I think
mine could use a little tweeking out.  I have a Clymers manual which
gives I think three ways to do it.  I have never done any work on carbs
before, so going off that, how involved of a job would it be?
