It could be a 1500 engine. The oil filler cap is where the vent is on the
1500 valve cover. I have never seen a 1500 engine configured with a vent
hose that way.
The car is not a 63. It may have been stamped that way, but it looks like a
64. The rear badge is wrong. It looks like someone drilled holes and mounted
65-67 hood letters there.
I agree with the other posts. For that kind of money the car should be an
original restoration. Correct wheel covers, engine, badges and everything
should be perfect.
