That's an early 1600 valve cover or a late 1500. I have one in my basement.
The rear emblems are from a 68 - 70 Roadster, not an early one, as the early
ones say "Datsun 1600"
That guy could be in a heap of trouble saying it's "all original" if someone
buys it and finds out that it isn't. A posting like that is an "implied"
guaranty of correctness. "Mostly original" would be a better choice. There
are legal ramifications to his posting. Needless to say I know this from
personal experience as a result of a used car I bought. The guy I bought the
car from paid dearly for his untruthfulness. The court awarded me far more
money than I thought I would get. In fact I got the car for free and a new
engine! The guy had to sell his new car to pay me or the judge would send
the case to the District Attorney for fraud if he didn't.
