Tough to tell from this angle.  The carbs appear to be 1500 carbs.  The 
valve cover is correct for a 1500.  1600 brake master cylinder. It has the 
iron head, so it is likely the real deal or an early 1600 with the 1500 
parts on it.  The block number will tell the tale.  The rear is missing the 
correct emblem.  Ashtray is painted wrong, and the carpet looks funny - it 
should be black.  Needs to straighten the horn button too.  And the rear 
shackles have been flipped.
