Thanks for all the responses guys.  I will look into the full dash covers.
I will check w/ CDM and Sports Imports which is just one province away.
Richard (Reblues); you mentioned the fact that the dash cover takes away
from the tonneau cover height of the hold downs.  I never thought of that.
Do these covers have predrilled holes for the "twisties"?  Enen so, can a
guy get a taller twistie to compensate?  What did most of you do about this?

Get a cover. Most upholstry shops can only do cheesy dash covers because of
the irregular curves.
