brake paint con't

The drums are aluminum but there is a round ring part behind them and mine is 
rusting.  (I'd have to go stare at it to get a better description.).  Also 
calipers have surfacr rust.  If I'm going to the trouble of cleaning and 
painting them I'd like to do it once and have the rust stay away.
