Hello John,  I wonder if the seats are removeable especially the ones in the 
proportioning valve.  I had the new line redone twice and it did not seem to 
make any difference.  I will try and get a better look at the seat.  Man 
this is a pain !!!   Thanks for all the advice so far.  Larry.
