I recommend NOT using the factory settings for camber and caster (stock toe-in 
is okay).

Camber: 1 degree negative
Caster: 2.5 degrees positive.

The other specs you list (min turning radius, angle of inclination of swivel 
axle, etc) are determined by the geometry of the suspension components and are 
not adjustable. Don't worry about them.

The camber and caster shim information might be correct for the stock alignment 
specs but will be different for the specs I gave. Don't confuse the shop. Just 
give them the camber and caster settings and let them figure out the shims.
