Hi,
I'm not a vintage racer, but I'll throw this in the mix: instead of
testifying the validity etc, how about a "claims rule" whereby some value
is set for the various classes... that way someone can claim a motor for
the claim value and then put it in their car...
Would make for some interesting "paddock discussions", no??
Of course, how would you get that $20K Porch (sic) engine in a TR3???
