I don't know, but IMO if there is any practical difference, it lies not in
the soap vs detergent and bleach, but rather in the difference in the
abrasive.  The 'cleanser' abrasive is harsh enough to scratch glass (in
spite of the Bon Ami logo), while the 'cleaner' is not.
