Ah, well, don't we all. 

I'm starting to get nervous about the things I forget--or rather can't
recall. Yesterday there was a concept and associated words that were really
important and very common that I couldn't remember. I finally did, but now I
don't remember what it was that I didn't remember. 

I'd think it was Alzheimer's, but my memory was almost this bad when I was
ten.
