Hi Kas,

Over here some people run drivers door, front and rear panels as GRP with
the floor panels, inner boot panels and inner wings in aluminium; now that
is light! I know of one guy who has a complete hand made aluminium body
shell on his TR6, the car weighs in at 800kgs!!!

Hope to see you at either Mosport in July or at Watkins Glen in September; I
hope to be at both events.

Let's see Keith, hood, boot, top, door and wings..........duh, that is ALL 
the panels, except the passenger door.:-)

But, the engine sounds like all the things I wish I had had in the olden 
days. In particular that crank and rods.

And, glad to hear from you and  that you are coming over again. With 
dollar/pound issue, it is doubtful anyone will be coming your way soon.
