Just got around to watching the video posted last Monday. I completely agree
the
Lotus was in the wrong in failing to leave racing room and would likely have
received a well-deserved 13/13 in any organization with which I am familiar.
Most racing organizations have a squirrel list which is shared among clubs, and
honor each other's probations.
