The biggest problem with retirement is that we were all supposed to die =
at 62.7.That was the average life expectancy in 1935 when social =
security started. It=E2=80=99s also why the traditional pension funds =
are all broke=E2=80=94people just insisting on living too long.

For what it=E2=80=99s worth, I=E2=80=99m writing a book on the mechanics =
of retirement=E2=80=94financial, taxes, health, hobbies, etc. It=E2=80=99s=
 really a project to get myself educated, I left my retirement funds in =
the hands of advisors while I was working, and didn=E2=80=99t pay much =
attention to it. When I started looking at what was going on I realized =
I needed to get up to speed quickly or I was going to be flipping =
burgers at 80.=20

I=E2=80=99ll eventually publish it on Amazon, but parts of it are more =
or less done, and it will always be free in blog form. It=E2=80=99s here =
