I haven't gotten any news in the last week. All the reports I have posted
to the list are also on the Race week updates and info page of
www.saltflats.com. I got 10 min of video shot buy Chris Shearer on July
11. and the salt was so dry it was crunchy under foot. Judging from the
lack of salt accumulated in the wheel wells of the vehicles in her video,
it looked dryer than at Speed Week last year.
If I get any fresh info, I will pass it along to the list ASAP.
