   11/23 11am edt. AMEN Tom.

I've very got fond memories of you leavin' the line with it at
Bonnyville in '88,'89 (&'90?)
I too was always in love with that car since the first time I laid eyes
on it. It was a great thrill to me to meet and goof around with Dick & Bob
Pierson at the 50th Bonnyville..... What really made MY day was when they
liked MY car and busted me for having numbers on it similar to the 2d (
-"just for fun" I put some numbers on the sides of my red scalloped, white
'31 coupe in the same style except "12d" to add a little "'50s flavor" to
the festivities) - Got to likin' them so much I left them on too! All the
colors go great together.
(BTW: If anyone would like to see what it looks like, they can go to the
July '98 issue of HOP UP Magazine online (www.hopupmag.com ) or see it on
the cover of July '99 American Rodder ...it's me, -it's who I am.)

Anyway, Long live the Pierson Coupe! You'll always be a part of it
Tom.

                     Doug in NY
