Any idea how the rule change for electrical cutoff switches will affect
cars currently competing?
My modified roadster has the battery mounted in the front of the car,
about 2' behind the axle. The cutoff is on the passenger side of the car near
the battery. To relocate the switch to the rear of the car would involve a
good amount of cables, or the addition of a combo remote/directly operated
switch in the present location with a remote and cable at the rear of the car.
