These are what I log on my normally aspiated bike

EGT
water temp
oil temp
air temp
air box pressure
throttle position
system voltage
injector pulsewith
fuel pressure
rpm
wheel speed front and rear
acceleration

and the system I use is the Edelbrock Quick data
