Ed, The factory engineers ( both GM and Chrysler ) have told me for
years to use one inch rake in sixty inches. One degree is one inch in
fifty-eight and a half inches. We found that to be about right. With a
fixed spoiler angle you can gain top speed by lowering the rear. But if
you can change the spoiler angle you are better off with the rake.
