Having all the fuel go in with no time to atomize is a little contray to
performance wouldn't you think? the exclusion of air deal is sort of a myth in
my mind as the fuel evaporating reduces the air temp and actually might have
denser air.

if it worked real well don't you think all would be doing it for emissions? Why
would you want to lose the ability to extract heat from the intake charge by
artificially heating it?
