John, Malcolm, using this message to ask another in a simialr vein...
When an entry fee is paid for a car, does that include anyone who wants to
drive it? Or does the extra driver have to pay an extra fee? For instance,
Dave F at Hot Rod drove Grib's car last summer...was he required to pay
anthing to SCTA in the form of fee? If not, how the heck is insurance
covered? Just curious and only using that as an example. What about USFRA
events or ECTA gatherings? Any extra fees required? Or is it in the rule
books and I am too lazy to look...
