ummm, wasn't there a report a while ago about people getting japped in
their new cars, and wasn't the reason given that the tires did not have
enough carbon black of a certain type to transmit the static charge? I
think it was 6-8 years ago, ( damn my memory is getting unstable....) and I
think the reason there w2as less carbon black in the tires was so they
would get better gas mileage? or was it tire mileage? hmmmm, what is todays
date anyway?
