Scary aint it, Down under we have a group for bikers called the Ulysses club (
motto is "grow old disgracefully ") in which you cannot get full membership
until the age of 50yo and honorary membership at 45 yo , being a young
whipper snapper myself ( only honorary membership) me thinks maybe we should
start something on this list along the same lines , call it Fossils Inc.
life ( what's left of it anyway ) membership to who ever comes up with the
best motto

Bruce, remembering riding in my dad's car as a kid, and seeing
Nashes, Hudsons, Hupmobiles, DeSotos, Willys, Terraplanes, Packards,
Bantams, Grahams, Lincoln Zephyrs, LaSalles, and Cords, and others
from the late 20s and early thirties ........ in addition to all the
wonderful
Ford coupes, roadsters and sedans that I came to know and love ........
and later own, and modify !!! I was always fascinated by those chain drive
Bulldog Mack trucks with the solid rubber tires, too ..........
I also recall those headlite half shields we had during the war years
......
