That's what I thought Rick.
You reminded me of an MG-TC that Ken Miles drove at the Palm Springs 
road race. ('52??)
It was supercharged and because they couldn't find a head gasket that 
wouldn't blow,
they hand lapped the head to the block and didn't use a gasket.
