Hell, they can't see the colored cones anyway. Easy to put Stenciled message
on the banners...like Stop, you FOOL! Or turn now you idiot! Or the skull
and cross bones at the very end.... These things could be weighted down with
sand bags. Or you could put up the rotating construction lights at the turn
outs or....or orororororor error error error......
