OK all another piece of my old time wisdom. Your car will be faster with
them. Old timers told me 1 to 2 mph per 100 mph and that's good enough for
me. Under a fender may not mean a thing a wind tunnel guy will need to
answer that. Holding them on is your choice. I made my own tempate for 15"
steel wheels when using duez fasteners. I use button head 10-24 allens for
my Aluminum wheel whether they are cast or forged (McMaster -Carr). 10-32's
are for steel. If you have an exposed wheels like roadsters, disc both
sides. A lot of competitors make thier own flat ones, much much less
expensive.  Folks who use solid wheels, like "Centerline" autodrags,
sometimes owners do not cover them. It's a choice you make.
