It has 2 seats one for driver one for passenger with a maximum payload
including occupants and cargo of 400 lbs so i guess 2 people that eat a lot
of donuts may overload especially if they stopped for pizza and beer along
the way. No rear seat or place to put one. There is a 2 cubic foot storage
area behind the the only 2 seats in the car.. the average speed limit in the
US is under 75 or 80 which this thing should do all day. is high speed
touring involve breaking the law to make it legal for BNI rules. it is way
faster than a bug eye or MG midget and they would be legal according to the
rules.. They don't list a top speed for it but it does get 66 mpg highway so
you would have to think it will go the speed limit or a little better.
