JD.......though I see the logic in requiring incremental
advancement of speed for licensing sake............
WHY would you hope now, that he has made runs at
say 125 mph, 150 mph, or say 175 mph...in say a production
CAR....when he
has safely piloted the two wheel liner to a two-way average
speed over
350 mph............??
