I've used synthetics for many years in road race applications. The
mainadvantage is a boiling point in excess of 500 deg (if you use the
righttype) and, it won't eat your pait like DOT 3 or DOT4. A good compromiseid
Valvoline SynPower....... It's easy to find, fairly cheap and workswell in all
of my street cars. We don't have a moisture problem in AZ,but heat is a
concern. The stuff can't hurt..........
