 I forgot to mention that, in a typical engineering environment, most static
parts are designed for infinite life.  This is done to help compensate for
factors of safety, corrosion, other degradation, and any other factors that
are beyond the control of the designers.  This further enforces that any
reduction in life that your heads will experience is most likely negligible.

This can be confirmed in one of two ways.  Speak to a metallurgist who is
not crippled by lawyers, or have the heads hardness tested and compare that
to a new 356-T6 treatment to gain a better understanding of how much you
changed them.
