Well, I'm about to find out about radios in my B. I have already put
the rear speakers (6x9's) in the car, and will be working on a wiring
harness for it this weekend. The radio that will be going in is a
pioneer am(for what?)/fm/CD with a removable face. I plan to build a case
and have it permanently attached to the upright metal dash peice thingy
(welded or bolted) to fit the radio into. The plan is to have the radio
mounted in and have a face plate that I can fold down (I did this on a
Volvo 144 in high school behind the ash tray with an amp).

For the front speakers, I'm still working on a location......

A question...Should I run the wiring harness strait off the battery, or
from the front of the car as part of the original? (I have a nearly
complete(wires to trunk cut) harness I picked up at a salvage yard)

I have put a radio in a Spit before, and had HORRIBLE noise problems
until 8mm spark plug wires were used.....should I go ahead and make some
anti-noise arrangements?
