All you need is time, patience, desire and a little bit of cash comes 
in handy also. Event the best mechanics were not born that way. The 
most important thing is not to rush and work safely. Before you even 
thing of getting under a car jack stands, wheel chocks, safety glasses 
are neccessary and latex gloves are nice to have around also. There is 
no magic involved in auto mechanics and you have probably the best 
support group with MGs than with any other make of car. By the way 99% 
of the time counter clockwise loosens and clockwise tightens. If it 
doesn't look like fun to you then don't do it. David Deutsch
