    Not exactly. Since the power plant must produce enough power for any =
deamand that may develop, a vast increase in EVs would produce a vast =
increase in potential demand which the power plant would have to be =
capable of meeting, hence a vast increase in by-products, wether nuclear =
or other. Even when your ZEVis parked in your garage .
