I did talk to a guy that installed a Rotary into a Spitfire. It ran great,
but he did complain about the incredible amount of heat that the rotary
created. It was to the point that it would burn the grass under the car when
he parked in the yard. The car was "for Sale". Richard

Along the same vein of a 5 speed conversion, anyone out there take a 12a
Mazda rotary engine from a 79-85 RX-7 and transmission and install it in a
B?? It's been talked about on the Mazda list before, but since no one there
knows MGs, it's a short lived thread...
Any ideas?
