One Caveat to this advise. More often then not if you reply for removal 
from a list you are asking for more. You may be better off just deleting 
it rather than rerplying. I know this happened on my AOL account until it 
got so bad I dropped it. This sh*t is a fact of life on the net. Your 
best bet is to set filters for the mail you want to read (i.e. "IF From 
contains @autox.team.net THEN put in MG folder, else shitcan"). I hear 
there are hearings in Washington on spam, lets hope they pass similar 
laws to the ones for unsolicited faxes. If I hear anything about the 
hearings I will pass it on so we can all comment to our congresspersons.
