Kevin,

The MGA workshop manual, Section S, Body, has sub-sections on removing
the windshield, front and rear bumpers, the hood, a rear wing, a front
wing, and the body.  Don't mean to imply that I'm an expert on this
process - have never done it - but the manual does seem fairly
comprehensive.
