Maybe I've been hanging around paid/contracted engineers too long and gave a
conservative estimate, but I think 24 mpg is a good "average" estimate over
all driving situations - less than that indicates a problem, more means
you're doing good! 27 should be a good goal on highway driving at 60 or so
mph, but at 70 mph, which MY non-OD B cruises nicely at, the mileage goes
down to about 24.5 mpg. I've checked, but "your mileage may vary" :)
