I agree with mgbob.  If the current car owner is concerned of safety of the 
himself/herself and passenger then step up and be responsible and buy your 
own seatbelts.  

Quit pointing fingers, step up to the plate and make it right ourselves.
Count me out of such a frivolous lawsuit. Unless we can sue the Haynes manual 
people,  I have to read things 3 and 4 times before I understand...they 
should have written clearer.
