I'd love that too. My wipers are two speed as well: ON and OFF
The MGOC club had this great black box in their accessories catalog,
called SmartScreen. Plugged inline with a few wires, and would "remember"
the time interval between wiper-on flicks and simulate an intermittent
wipe. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find them here.
Thought I'd mention it. The momentary-on button would be nice as well
if I could find a standard Lucas/Rover button to mount.
