Yes one would think!!! Anyhow I was at it again and found a poor ground on
the passanger tail lamp, that cured of course and much improved. The plate
lamps seem to realize they aren't on, and the fuel pump clicks away like
never before. There is no gas in it so I didn't want to continue to run the
fuel pump. Will it stop clicking eventually? Is it OK to run it with no gas?
By the way Lord Lucas has moved to the steering column. Now the park lamps
don't work. But I remember them being intermitent so I am thinking I need a
new switch. Or can I clean up the old? Guess I gotta drill out those column
bolts one way or the other.
Happy motoring to get the new A!!! Sounds like a great trip. Buddy of mine
hauled an Alpine from New Mexico. I believe he did the one way trailor deal
I shall check it out.
