Does the key only have one "ON" position then? Most cars have 0 I II and
START. I really can't remember...I'll check later. So the 2nd fuse up (fuse
3?) does everything that is powered when the ignition is on (wipers, heater,
etc). The bottom fuse must do hazards and int light etc. It supprised me
that the charge warning light supply was always live. Normally the red light
can only light when the ignition is on.
