Your recipe, of an off the shelf item?  I have a venison
recipe from a 1970's or 80's Marlin catalog that I like very
weel.  Well browned venison with tomatoes, onions, celery,
bacon and fat, served over egg noodles.  Very tasty.

As to the venison brats, I am interested.
