Hi Craig,
The seven-leaf springs are for the RB RD & CB GT. You want the
six-leaf. I put new six-leafs in my '69 RD a couple of years ago. They
raised the rear some. After I rebuilt the front end I went thru an
assortment of front springs -- new and used -- in trying to equalize the
ride heights, front and rear. I wound up with the original springs but
it rides higher now in front now, probably due to the new bushings in
the front suspension. It still sits a little tail-high with nothing
extra in the boot but it's level when it's loaded up for a long trip.
