Dan is correct. Not sure of the cost - but it is around $30-35. The
registration is renewed every three years after that but there is no cost.
The $30 fee is a one time thing. No Inspections. No milage limitation
either but as he said it is supposed to be used only for Parades, club
functions etc The cops aren't strict on this unless they see you driving it
every day - then they might stop you.
