Well, neither one of them is as good as plain water.  If freezing is not a 
problem for your area, use plain water with Red Line Water Wetter, or a bit 
of dish washing liquid soap.  It cools better than any antifreeze.  Snow belt 
folks can use this after freezing is no longer a problem, but should add some 
antifreeze in the fall.  Never more than 50% antifreeze because you need the 
water to cool the engine.
