Fuel Gauge Problems

The fuel Gauge on my "67 B has gone weird on me.  It does not jump around or
anything, but each time you look at it, it reads differently, from nearly full
to half, to one third, to two thirds, etc.  The movement is not abrupt.

Any ideas, please?
