I keep trying to finish working on my car between snowstorms. All I had left
from replacing the cylinder head was to refill the coolant and oil and set the
valve clearances. I did the coolant this morning, but when I tried adding the
oil, it was very thick (only 16 degrees out this morning). Somehow it still
managed to leak past the valve cover gasket, so I still have a mess to clean up
before I get the car running.
Hopefully in a year I'll be in a new house with a garage (and maybe a lift, if
I continue to pester my wife about it).
